I hope you are all well. I am happy to hear from you by phone, text, when we bump into each other on the street, or when we share a meal.
I know that the practice continues at the Parc thanks to Camille and all those who join her, that these are special moments for all of you, and that you continue to learn Tai Chi Chuan with various instructors.
Our gym is now managed by my two sons, who have created a wonderful community at Powerspot, with a great sporting energy centered around cardio, Hyrox, and Cross Training.
For my husband Vincent and me, a new chapter is beginning, and our long trips to visit our son, who married and started his family in Bali, fill us with joy. The arrival of our little girl is a gift for all of us. Discovering Indonesia, and particularly Bali and its Balinese community, thanks to our daughter-in-law, is opening up new horizons and a new way of life. This is a wonderful adventure that awaits us, a truly enriching experience perfectly aligned with our lifestyle.
Don't hesitate to contact me; it will always be a pleasure to spend time with you. We still use Eric's restaurant next to the Powerspot as our meeting place.

The construction of the dojo at the bottom of our garden is progressing in line with our trips back to France, and Vincent is doing a magnificent job designing and building it from start to finish. As soon as the weather warms up, we'll get together around a large table. Take care.
