Dear students and friends of Tai Chi Chuan,
Thank you to everyone who was able to come to the restaurant on Sunday 4 February to celebrate the Chinese New Year of the Dragon of wood.
Thank you also to all the students who came throughout this week of festive practices.
Teas, gingerbread, nougats, homemade cakes and pastries gave us a chance to relax after the many practices: self-massage, massage for two, anchoring meditation, Tai Chi Gong, slow and fast forms, martial applications...
A joyful discipline emerged from this wonderful week.
