Dear all,

I'm coming back to you for the return of the Sunday 29 January workshop at the Powerspot in co-hosting with Geneviève. What a wonderful Sunday we spent together!

Thank you to all those who were able to come, you were numerous, the workshop was full.

Thank you to Geneviève who followed me in this adventure to co-lead this day of practice on this theme which is close to my heart in my martial practice and in my life "Man between Earth and Sky - Anchoring".

Throughout the day, we experienced, tasted and felt the anchoring. Whether it is at the level of the feet, the feet as antennae and the whole body connected to the earth. We paid attention to the ankle joints and their mobility, as well as the pelvis, the full length of the spine, its vitality, the link between the pelvis and the head. During the course of the journey, we swept the whole of the shoulder girdle, putting light on our shoulder blades, clavicles, arms by practicing in pairs and solo.

With always in the frame, what quality of presence do we carry during the movement, what sensations do we have of our body?

Can a dialogue be established between the feet and the ground and feel the resonance on the whole body?

It was not a question of doing well, but of exploring, of playing with curiosity without judgement and with patience.

A beautiful day in the world of proprioception, of mindfulness, with new knowledge thanks to an experiential and not conceptual practice. Thank you all for your quality of listening, concentration, curiosity, presence in sharing experiences in pairs and solo, which allowed Geneviève and myself to share a workshop rich in subtleties. A gift for all of us, a precious food for the body, the mind and the heart.
