Whether you are a beginner or or experienced, I welcome you to this new season of Tai Chi Chuan and meditation.
I am happy to see you on Tuesday 21 September, Wednesday and Thursday at the Powerspot in Colombes and Saturday 25 September at the Parc des Bruyères in Bois Colombes.
I hope you are all in good shape for a great start or discovery!

For newcomers you can come either on Wednesday mornings from 10am to 11am at the Powerspot, or on Saturdays from 10am to 11am at the Parc des Bruyères. The first class is free, come with soft clothes.

You have the possibility to register by level for 1 class per week or unlimited.

Registrations are open for the new MBSR cycle at the Powerspot, an orientation session will take place on Monday 13 December at 6pm at the Powerspot: Link to information and registrations for the Jon Kabat Zinn cycle that I co-facilitate with Jeanne "Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction".

I confirm that I am obliged to apply the sanitary rules and that each student will have to bring his or her sanitary pass inside and outside.
For those who are not vaccinated, we have a pharmacy right next to the Powerspot that does the test in a few minutes without queuing.
There is a 15 minute wait for the result, you can do it before the course.
