I hope that you are all on form. Thank you to those of you who join in our zoom rendez-vous regularly,
whether for meditation on Wednesdays, or for the 3 theme-based Tai Chi Chuan classes according to your level : the “Form” step by step, “Kwai Quan” step by step or “Tung Jia” step by step and also for special occasions such as Tai Chi World Day, last Saturday or for the international practice with my “Tai Chi friends”.
