I would like to ask you to add to your diaries our weekly zoom sessions, up to the end of the lockdown period, on Wednesdays,Thursdays and Fridays. During this turbulent and unstable period, let’s stay connected, grounded and safe.
Let’s seize this incredible opportunity to practice solo and make Tai Chi Chuan part of our daily routine – the time is now !
Come and join us from your homes and let’s practice together. Come and experience new sensations at the meditation session Wednesdays from 12 noon to 1 30 p.m.
Also, come and discover the detailed movements at your level of the Form, Kwai Quan and Tung Jia
Another approach to Tai Chi Chuan practice on Thursdays at 12 noon and Fridays at 11 30 a.m. and 12 30 a.m.
A new rendez-vous to add to this 6th week of lockdown and our 5 th week of practice via Zoom.
This Saturday, 25 th April, is “Tai Chi World Day”
A unique opportunity to practice and participate in this major ‘wave’ and to connect to all Tai Chi Chuan practitioners throughout the World. The practice will start in Australia at 10 a.m. local time and will continue around the world at 10 a.m. in each time zone : Oceania, Asia, Africa, Europe, North America, South America and will finish 24 hours later at 10 a.m. local time in Hawai. Tens of thousands of people throughout the world will join together to practise Tai Chi Chuan.
On this occasion, I am proposing to meet up with you via Zoom on Saturday 25 th April at 10 a.m.
See you Saturday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday !
