Dear all,
Congratulations for this beautiful year of practice which ended at the Powerspot in a festive way. Thank you for your regularity, the quality of your presence and for the good atmosphere in the classes. Whether you are beginners, intermediate or advanced, all the groups have progressed with more release, more fluidity, more precision and anchoring.
We closed on Saturday with a beautiful, slow, precise and lively Form in music. The support of the advanced students and the music allowed everyone to experience the release, fluidity and slowness that are the foundations of our practice.
Thank you Hélène for your photos, thank you all for your cakes and drinks that we shared together and for your cards and personal gifts, you have spoiled me.
May the patience, trust, letting go, non-judgment, curiosity cultivated in the practice of Tai Chi Chuan and mindfulness bring fluidity to your movement and radiate into your life.
