Whether you are a beginner or advanced, come and join us to practice Tai Chi Chuan at the Powerspot in Colombes or at the Parc des Bruyères in Bois Colombes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
This ancient Chinese art develops centering, calmness and vital energy. The first class is free.
If you want to discover or deepen your mindfulness, come and sit with us on a cushion or a chair in our beautiful room every Thursday morning from 10 to 11:15 am.

Once a month, Sunday Mindfulness Morning for all, next date :
- Sunday, December 11 from 10am to 12:15pm come experience mindfulness by practicing, sitting meditation, body scan, yoga, walking and a taste experience.
- Sunday January 29 from 10am to 4:30pm, the year 2023 will start with our big workshop "Feldenkrais, Mindfulness and Tai Chi Chuan". The theme will be "The human being between Earth and Sky - Anchoring".
