The Sunday morning workshops bring together beginners and those who already have a practice of mindfulness.
Come and experience mindfulness through sitting meditation on a cushion or chair, body scanning on a mat, meditative walking, and standing or lying yoga.
These Sunday mornings are an invitation to settle down, to cultivate an open and caring presence.
Time: 10am to 12.15pm
Location: Powerspot, 4 avenue Pauline, Colombes
Amount : 30€ (if card, 1 box 1/2 to tick)
Participants: open to all
Clothing: soft clothing, jumper, socks and plaid are recommended.
You will find chairs, cushions and mats at the Powerspot.
