Dear All,

Great dynamics and a pleasure to see so many you progressing at our Zoom meetings.

Inspite of this confinedment period, we have adapted and are still advancing together in our Tai Chi Chuan practice and in Mindfulness.

Practise during the zoom sessions and also on your own and see where you are at without judgement.
Come back to me days after day, week after week, with question about what we have done together.
Each meeting we revisit details of the “”Form” or the Tung Jia” for the advanced students.

You can attend all the classes at your level.
Please wear the formal outfit and be on time for the meetings.
