Reunion in the park

· News

Dear all

To all my students, to those who will join us later, to the new ones, to the visitors of the ShanShui website, to my Tai Chi friends, take care of yourselves and your loved ones.

May this Chinese Year of the Ox bring the quiet strength and patience to meet again in the practice of Tai Chi Chuan and mindfulness meditation, at the Powerspot in Colombes as soon as the gyms can reopen, at the Parc des Bruyères in Bois Colombes, in Paris, in Europe and in the US with Master Tung Chen Wei as soon as the borders are open.

Here we are in March, after a year of daily practice on Zoom and sometimes face to face from May to June and in September, thanks to all those who continued to follow the courses!

Last Saturday we met in the Parc des Bruyères under a magnificent blue sky, the sun warmed our hearts and the cold northern wind kept us present and concentrated.

What patience and individual work for each one since last March which allowed the group to progress, a big bravo to all and what a joy to meet again in the park of Bruyères.

From March onwards, weather permitting, we will meet in the Parc des Bruyères on Tuesdays and Saturdays and in Zoom on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

The meditation workshops continue on Zoom on Mondays and Thursdays
A first MBSR cycle will take place at the Powerspot in May every Monday, info MBSR Cycle

See you soon !

Warmly,

Corinne
