The anatomical content of these courses “Tai Chi Chuan & Feldenkrais” is based on Blandine Calais Germain’s teaching “Anatomy for Movement”.

The Sunday morning workshops include beginners and those with an existing mindfulness practice.
Come and experience mindfulness through sitting meditation on a cushion or chair, body scanning on a mat, meditative walking, and standing or lying yoga.
These Sunday mornings are an invitation to settle down, to cultivate an open and caring presence.
