For newcomers, a loose long sleeved top, baggy trousers and light flexible clean-soled indoor shoes are recommended (the dojo has parquet flooring not suited to outdoor hard shoes).
Tai Chi Chuan clothing is ample et flexible. Don’t hesitate to take a larger size than normal The trousers are wide.
