3 Class levels

For Tai ChiChuan, enrolled students are requested to wear traditional Tai Chi outfits.

For newcomers, a loose long sleeved top, baggy trousers and light flexible clean-soled indoor shoes are recommended (the dojo has parquet flooring not suited to outdoor hard shoes).

Tai Chi Chuan clothing is ample et flexible. Don’t hesitate to take a larger size than normal
The trousers are wide. The jacket is ample, long and sobre, the sleeves go down to the middle of the palm of the hand.
Garments in satin, polyester and superb red and yellow dragons are for Kung Fu !
I recommend that you choose natural fibres such as cotton or silk.
Chinese shoes with straps and rhythmic dancing shoes for Tai Chi practice in the dojo
