Mindfulness meditation is secular.
The workshops are for all levels of participants.
Practice sessions offered comprise sitting on a chair or a cushion, walking, body scan lying down & guided yoga.
This discipline develops self-confidence, inquisitiveness, concentration and non-judgement. The objective is to be in the present moment, to fix our attention on bodily sensations, breathing, thoughts, emotions and the soundscape.
This attention deliberately focused on oneself is a fertile ground for cultivating one’s capacity to calm one’s mind and relax one’s body.
For more than 30 years, the scientific community has increased the publication of works on the benefits of meditation to health.
