Tai Chi Chuan & Meditation
Whether you are a beginner or an advanced level student, you are welcome to come and practise Tai Chi Chuan and Mindfulness Meditation. Come and train your body and soul, in motion or in static mode and so develop your rooting, your vitality and your serenity.
Shanshui now has some hundred practising students - some have been practising more than 16 years.
It is also a group of beginners, intermediate and advanced level students, in solidarity with the learning, the values of respect and commitment, where everyone finds their place.
